Appointment required for all visits.
We value the time you spend here, as we do all of our clients. To ensure that everyone is treated fairly, including the technicians, we ask that you respect your own appointment time.
Our day revolves around you so all appointments require a credit card to be scheduled. We understand that things happen so we humbly request that if you cannot make your appointment for any reason, you simply let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not contact us, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee, no exceptions.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered and can be paid by credit card or cash. If you purchase a package, payment is expected during the first treatment.
Gratuity is not included.
We greatly appreciate tips for a job well done. Gratuities are typically 18-20% of the retail service price.
Tax on services and products are additional.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
This will provide adequate time to fill out your form, change and get ready for your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment will regrettably deprive you of your treatment time or require us to reschedule your appointment. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late it began.
Note for Laser Sessions only
Do not wax, tweeze or tan for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment with us. You should be cleanly shaved before your hair removal treatment.
